Our return policy allows the customer 5 business days from date of receipt to return the item. To be eligible for return your item meet the following conditions
- Unopened and in the original box
- Includes the original receipt
- Received back at our location within 5 days of customer receipt.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect the item to verify it meets all conditions listed above. We will then notify you via phone or email of the status of your return. If your return is approved then we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment) at that point. You will receive credit on your credit card usually in 3-5 days from that point (this depends on your card issuer’s policies, Visa policies, Master Card policies, etc.). If your refund is in check form the check will be sent via USPS first class mail to the account address on file.
Rothwell Marine uses UPS and USPS for the majority of our shipping. We will, on occasion, use FedEx or DHL for in certain conditions. Shipments will be processed the same day as the order when received and processed by 2pm central time. All “Free Freight” or “Freight Included” items will ship standard ground unless customer opts to upgrade to and expedited shipping at their expense. Please contact us if directly if you require expedited shipping. Standard ground delivery can be checked at the www.ups.com website. Rothwell Marine will not be liable for delays in shipping due to reasons out of our control with the shipping entities.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information used to fulfill your specific request and may also be used for other marketing resources, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. If you would like to opt out of any future marketing efforts please send us an email to email@example.com with the subject “Opt Out” and include your Name, mailing address, any phone number that you may have provided, and your email address.

When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card number on our shopping cart form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not store this information at any point in time in a database, text file etc of any kind.
